She has held Regional HR, Learning & Organizational Development Director roles across multiple regions and served as VP of Global Sales, bringing 20+ years of international leadership across senior commercial, consulting, and people-development mandates. A multi-award-winning author, researcher, and leadership development practitioner, she has personally trained and coached 5,000+ leaders worldwide. With a PhD in Cognitive Leadership, Chartered Fellow status with the CIPD, ICF Coach credentials, and published research on Servant Leadership in Asia, Dr. Maria brings science, commercial insight, and practical mastery to every engagement.
